SCHEDULING STEP BY STEP and APPOINTMENT POLICY
Calendars are available monthly.
Ex: July calendar will be available on the posted date in June; August calendar will be available on the posted date in July; etc
1). First, select your desired service (if you are unsure, please text the salon number with questions (864-735-8451).
2). Select the BEST AVAILABLE date and time (what's shown is what's available).
3). Fill in the CLIENT information and pay NON-REFUNDABLE deposit via PayPal OR debit/credit card (click the paid deposit, and it will redirect you)
4). You are all set for The Loc Dame salon experience
CANCELING OR RESCHEDULING POLICY
1). You may reschedule your appointment one time after the deposit has been made.
2). If you plan to reschedule/cancel an appointment, it must be 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
3). Rescheduling has to be within the available calendar month. If not, you will have to go through the scheduling process again.
1). I DO NOT charge a late fee. If you are 5-10 minutes late, please be courteous to send me a text at 864-735-8451 informing me you are running behind.
2). If you are more than 30 minutes late, your service will be canceled, and you will be asked to reschedule at a later day and time.
3). Your deposit will not be refunded.

COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES🛑🛑
These are the required safety guidelines to come in for a hair service at The X Spot Salon. By booking our service and paying your deposit, you agree to the terms of the Covid-19 safety guidelines and regulations.
1). In the salon, the practice of social distancing is still in effect.
2). DO NOT bring ANY EXTRA company with you out of respect for clients with appointments. We value the privacy of our clients.
3). Kid clients are to be accompanied by one adult.
4). UPON arrival for appointments, send a text when you arrive and wait for my response to enter the salon. The salon door will be locked. This is to give time for sanitizing each client for safety purposes.
5). Masks are required for each client and when an adult accompany a kid client. We offer a complimentary mask to clients without a mask.
6). There will be signs posted for any questions you have relating to COVID-19 safety guidelines.
